 Hi! I'm Emily, founder of Caine Counseling Services and a licensed clinical therapist with over 10 years of experience helping women overcome emotional challenges, develop coping skills and a sense of confidence to help take control of their lives and reach a sense of fulfillment. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, addressing both the mind and body when possible. I am committed to providing therapy that does not feel "stuffy" and "out dated", but rather individualized to the needs and goals of each client, while building a comfortable relationship.

Coaching vs Therapy...what's the difference. While coaching and therapy can overlap in several areas, our coaching services build on mental fitness needed to work towards specific goals. Our coaching services puts an emphasis on increasing self-esteem and implementing behaviors that lead to positive change.
